Recorded at Columbia Studio A on June 9, 1964, the recording gives insight into Dylan's ease: the listener experiences him laughing, relaxed and at ease. Fittingly, the soundstage is jumpy and open and doesn't seem at all like it came from analog tapes nearly half a century old. The remastering of the mono double LP for Mobile Fidelity was done by Krieg Wunderlich and Shawn R. Britton.
